Welcome to Accounting Gangsta, LLC’s websites, services, and content platforms (collectively, the “Sites”). These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our Sites. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our Sites.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Sites. By using them, you affirm that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or transaction at our discretion. We may restrict orders that appear to be fraudulent, high-risk, or placed by resellers.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Sites—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Accounting Gangsta, LLC, and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any part of our Sites without prior written permission.

4. User Submissions

We welcome feedback, comments, and content submissions, but do not accept unsolicited creative proposals. If you submit comments, photos, suggestions, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish those Submissions in any media.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or contains malware.

6. Errors and Changes

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if any content on the Sites is inaccurate, even after you’ve submitted an order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accounting Gangsta, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Sites or services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accounting Gangsta, LLC from and against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the Sites or violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Virginia.

10. Dispute Resolution

By using our Sites, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive your right to bring or participate in class actions or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Before starting arbitration, both parties must attempt informal resolution by providing written notice and allowing 30 days for response.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement. Any provisions that should by their nature survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Revised” date. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
